I started "Santorini" about 2 years ago and just couldn't figure out how to finish it.  Filed it away and looked at it every week or so.  It was driving me crazy.  Then one day about a month ago it came to me and I sat down and just knew what to do.  The colors popped.  I painted in all the details and put in the donkeys.  It amazes me when this happens.  This one just makes me happy and I hope you like it!

"Blue Door" is painted with some Iridescent paint along with regular acrylic paint.  It has a little shine to it in the light and is really pretty.   We were in Patmos, Greece a few years ago.  It is a magical  place.  Passed this very  old home and I just had to paint it!  Of course it has a little of my imagination included!

Worth Avenue is one of the prettiest places to explore.  Colorful flowers and plants are everywhere.  The first time I was on Worth Avenue I was just amazed by the architecture.

This painting is not for sale.  It was a gift for my cousin.  She visited here last year and raved and raved about it to me.  Said that we have to go there one day.  Hopefully, we will.  It's in Asheville, North Carolina.    

I enchanced the colors in the second photo of the painting.  I wanted to see what it would look like with more vibrant color.
