"Windy Day In The Islands" was inspired by a hotel we stayed at on Anguilla called "Cap Juluca".   Magical place.  Stark white buildings set against the prettiest color skies and beautiful Caribbean water.   It is framed and  I painted the frame to include it in the picture.

I love trying different kinds of paints.  In this painting I used some metallic paint and in certain lighting, parts of the painting shines.  My "mom"in law loves the colors in this.  She thinks it would really look nice in a kitchen.

I loved wandering around the old streets in Tel Aviv, Israel.  It is really a magical place.  There was so much history to take in.  We went there with my aunt and uncle (my 2 favorite people).  We came upon an art store with the neatest art.  My uncle was looking at an easel outside the store and this painting was inspired by a shot I took of him and my imagination, since the street doesn't
 look quite like this!
